DESCRIPTION
As a Team Lead, Data Engineering (BI), you will manage a team of 7 to 8 BI specialists in their day-to-day multi-project environment. More specifically, you are responsible for mobilizing your team to deliver several projects in parallel for our clients. Your past experience as a Data Engineer allows you to fully understand your team's challenges and provide them with the necessary support.
Depending on the project, you may also be called upon to act as a Scrum Master to facilitate smooth sprints and ensure a consistent delivery pace. Additionally, you will participate in project assignments within your team to optimize everyone's individual skills.
We are looking for someone with solid knowledge of Data Engineering and BI, a proven track record in a team management role, and the ability to build trust with a team of experts, clients, and project collaborators (Project Managers, Product Owners, UX-UI designers).

Patates Dolbec is the largest potato producer in eastern Canada. By implementing AI in their sorting machine, we have fully automated their quality control process, as well as avoided the waste of nearly 500,000 pounds of potatoes per year!
