As the Team Lead, you will guide your team of 5 to 6 developers toward success!
DESCRIPTION
More specifically, you will be the master of your project's sprints. It will be your responsibility to ensure everything is in place and make the necessary decisions to deliver the sprints to 0 as per the project schedule. Additionally, you will manage, develop and mobilize your team while acting as the Scrum Master.
Approximately 40% of your time will be dedicated to these tasks, while the remainder will be spent on programming.
We're looking for someone with a successful record of managing a team and who can establish trust with their group of developers while also collaborating with them to create new features. If you're still passionate about programming but also consider yourself a leader, we have an opportunity for you!

Patates Dolbec is the largest potato producer in eastern Canada. By implementing AI in their sorting machine, we have fully automated their quality control process, as well as avoided the waste of nearly 500,000 pounds of potatoes per year!

Did you know that threat detection on pipelines is currently done by pilots, who must fly over hundreds of kilometres while inspecting the infrastructure for potential dangers. The application we’re working on helps the pilot detect, validate, and report potential threats that the human eye and brain cannot process consistently.
Flyscan allowed us to try all sorts of new methodologies and to carry out their project the way we wanted!
