DESCRIPTION
At Vooban, as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding. You’ll work closely with your fellow recruiters to identify top talent, take part in a variety of recruitment activities, and ensure our ATS is always up to date (we like things sharp!).
We’re looking for someone dynamic, proactive, and passionate—someone who truly cares about delivering memorable candidate experiences and recruiting with both rigor… and heart. If you value quality over quantity, thrive on challenges, and make diversity a priority in your hiring practices, you’ll feel right at home.

4-day weeks, all year long!

You can choose between 35, 37.5 or 40-hour weeks. What’s more, each hour of overtime will be paid!

Each month, you receive an allowance to cover your public transportation or parking. Whether it's your bus pass, metro pass, BIXI or À Vélo membership, it's reimbursable up to the eligible amount. If you're based in Quebec City, you can also choose to use our indoor parking.

Did you know that threat detection on pipelines is currently done by pilots, who must fly over hundreds of kilometres while inspecting the infrastructure for potential dangers. The application we’re working on helps the pilot detect, validate, and report potential threats that the human eye and brain cannot process consistently.
Flyscan allowed us to try all sorts of new methodologies and to carry out their project the way we wanted!
