DESCRIPTION
Beyond applying your expertise to design agentic solutions for our clients, you will support their teams in evolving their software development practices through AI and agentic systems, helping them understand, adopt, and master these new approaches.
You will therefore act both as an agentic systems expert, developer, and technical coach, guiding teams toward modern AI-powered development practices.
Alongside developing agent-based systems capable of orchestrating complex processes—from understanding business requirements to code generation—you will work closely with client teams to help them take ownership of these new methods and integrate them sustainably into their ways of working.
The objective is ambitious: significantly increase development velocity for our clients and transform how organizations deliver software, within a highly regulated environment.

4-day weeks, all year long!

You can choose between 35, 37.5 or 40-hour weeks. What’s more, each hour of overtime will be paid!

Each month, you receive an allowance to cover your public transportation or parking. Whether it's your bus pass, metro pass, BIXI or À Vélo membership, it's reimbursable up to the eligible amount. If you're based in Quebec City, you can also choose to use our indoor parking.

Patates Dolbec is the largest potato producer in eastern Canada. By implementing AI in their sorting machine, we have fully automated their quality control process, as well as avoided the waste of nearly 500,000 pounds of potatoes per year!
